Product Update

Production: May 23, 2024​

This Product Update provides a summary of changes and enhancements to the existing application that impact all customers. When applicable, it includes changes to functionality that were made to resolve customer-specific issues and that apply to all Tenovos users.

Unless otherwise stated, the availability of each update is as follows:

  • UAT: May 21, 2024
  • Production: May 23, 2024
  • Availability: All customers

Search Relevancy [Beta]​

Enhancements to Search Relevancy were made to allow for returning search results after copying and pasting a list of Asset IDs into the search bar.

Note: Searching on lists of Asset IDs is only possible via Search Relevancy if the targeted search selection is 'Within Asset ID'.

Proofing Inbox​

For customers leveraging proofing, an enhancement was made to direct users to the newly created version of the asset when clicking on the proof preview in the proofing inbox after the proof was approved. Previously, when clicking on the proof preview after proof approval, the preview would direct the user to the version of the asset that the proof was created from.

Other Enhancements and Quality Improvements​

  • Resolved an issue where some saved searches could not be edited.
  • Resolved an issue where users could not scroll the page in Admin > Metadata > Groups.
  • Resolved an issue where large PDF files could not be versioned and did not produce a PDF preview on the asset details page.
  • Resolved an issue where asset previews would take a long time to load in gallery views and asset details pages.
  • Resolved an issue where a system re-index was needed in order to see a newly-facetable attribute in the filter list.
  • Resolved an issue where EPS file previews had distorted colors.
  • Resolved an issue where SVG files would not generate previews, or would generate previews with distorted colors.
  • Resolved an issue where IIQ files would not generate accurate previews.
